This is my story
Hello! My name is Patricio and I study Chemistry and Pharmacy at the University of Chile. I was born in 1989 (yes, I'm millennial) in Valdivia, southern Chile.I studied high school at Liceo Rodulfo Amando Philippi, in Paillaco.
Apart from studying, I work on weekends in a building as a janitor. My hobbies are reading (I like JRR Tolkien´s books), listening music, playing guitar, gym and climbing hills. I live next to Cerro San Cristobal and take the opportunity to climb it in my free time.
I currently live alone, but I used to live with my mom and sister in a small town called Pichi-Ropulli, located 60 kilometers south of Valdivia. I have also lived in Lago Ranco and Valdivia, where I worked (and had a lot of fun) before living in Santiago.
Pichi-Ropulli ("small deforested hill" in Mapudungun) is a town inhabited by approximately 700 people, it has few streets (about fifteen) and a train station. Until the 70's, train was the most important transportation system and because of this the town had a growing economic activity and a great social life, but decline of rail transport ended with it. Despite this, it is a quiet and peaceful place, next to Cordillera de la Costa and surrounded by countryside, ideal to get away from the noise of "the big city".
